    As the week begins I am thrilled to begin eating more healthy. Please don’t forget to share with us, your staple menu for breakfast-lunch and dinner. What works for you and the supplements you could simply not live with out. I think that you are so knowledgable of everything healthy, so I will take your advice on anything good you have to share.
