The Silver Lining of this Passover Holiday is that for the first time this shiksa (i.e., me!) made Matzoh Ball Soup!  Every once in a while I love to surprise the HOTY (i.e., Husband Of The Year)!  He and Suddenly Seven gobbled it up, so I’m thinking that it wasn’t so bad!

Spring Has Sprung!

Happy First day of Spring!  Today is the Spring Equinox.  Wondering what that means, exactly?  Heaven knows I was.  The word equinox is derived from the Latin words meaning “equal night.” Days and nights are approximately equal everywhere and the Sun rises and sets due east and west. How fun is that?  I hope that you all have balance and Silver Linings on this special day!
